Locate intersection of Highways 123 and 76 in Westminster.
Drive 6.3 miles NW on Highway 76.
Turn right on to Academy Rd and go .3 miles to C108 Long Creek Baptist Church. 
Church is on left side of road. 
Turn into church parking lot. 
On right side of parking lot is the Phillips Cemetery.
